1. Reasons for sliding rope: friction ≤ lifting force

①Friction pulley lining, steel wire rope, grease:

③System: There are many problems in the system, and it is difficult to analyze and determine. If necessary, instruments should be used for testing. Therefore, specific problems must be analyzed carefully.

2. Slip rope causes consequences:

Once discovered, the cause of the problem must be found immediately and implemented to solve it, otherwise serious accidents such as roof fall and tank squatting will occur.

3. Sliding rope solution strategy:

Since the most important technical parameter of the Friction pulley liningis the friction coefficient, the size of the friction coefficient directly determines the lifting capacity and operational safety of the hoist. The friction coefficient of the system refers to the friction coefficient between the mating friction pair, the wire rope, and the medium (wire rope grease). Therefore, Friction pulley lining, wire rope and wire rope grease have the most direct impact on it.

①Choose a gasket with a high friction coefficient. The friction coefficient of the GDM326 Friction pulley liningis above 0.30 in the state of special grease, which can fully meet the requirements of the system for the friction coefficient.

②Select the special grease for hoisting wire rope that meets the standard. Grease is an important factor affecting the coefficient of friction of the system. Only the German DIN21258 "Driving Wheels in Mining Industry-Safety Technical Requirements and Inspection of Anticorrosive Materials (Anticorrosives) for Lifting Wire Ropes" in the world is used when calculating the sliding limit of wire ropes. Established on the basis of friction coefficient ≥ 0.25. Therefore, in the production and later anti-corrosion of steel wire rope, all greases must be selected to meet this standard, that is, the friction coefficient of the grease must be greater than 0.25.

③The wire rope can be round or triangular strand wire rope. Due to the lack of in-depth and detailed research and analysis on the influence of wire rope structure on friction, there are different opinions. But according to the classic tribological principle, for the GDM326 Friction pulley lining, the round strand wire rope can produce greater friction under the same friction coefficient.

④Prevent speeding and overloading

⑤Adjust the tension difference of each rope

⑥ Eliminate the external and internal forces that cause the wire rope to rotate.

⑦Cutting the rope groove, the wrapping angle of the Friction pulley lining and the wire rope is greater than 120°.
