Mine hoisting KOEPPE system or friction hoist winch work with traction pulley, the pulley rim grooves are lined. Lining has to provide a higher friction coefficient between the rope and the traction pulley. The constructors of mine hoisting machines require from the manufacturers a guaranteed appropriate and stabile value of a friction coefficient at different pressures between a rope and a friction lining under different external conditions (drought, moisture, icing, etc.). 

In order to meet the domestic new demand on large-scale, ultra-large multi-rope friction hoist, our plant introduced raw materials from Germany to produce GDM326 high-performance friction pulley Lining for Koepe Winder Drums, for supporting import and domestic large-scale, ultra-large hoists and for meeting the needs of different users.

Compared with other friction lining, GDM326 high-performance friction pulley Lining for Koepe Winder Drums with imported material has greater increases mainly in the friction coefficient, compression resistance, wear resistance and stability, so it can be trusted.
