陶瓷耐火纤维喷涂

陶瓷耐火纤维喷涂是国际上八十年代发展起来的一种新型筑炉工艺。该工艺是通过专用设备对陶瓷耐火纤维进行预处理后,再用高压风机将其输送到喷枪中喷出,在喷口处与专用结合剂在喷枪外部混合后喷到炉墙面,形成三维网状结构的耐火衬里。

　　一次性整体喷涂所形成的炉衬无缝隙,并且由于散状纤维棉在喷涂中形成的三维网状结构,均匀,坚固,整体性好,抗热震,抗腐蚀,吸音效果好;

　　锚固件用量少,并能预埋纤维层中,能有效的防止钉头烧损,大大减少了热短路;

　　喷涂施工只需将炉墙表面稍加处理即可,施工便利快捷;

　　降低了异型面的施工难度,提高了施工质量和速度,适应各种炉窖及异型部位的施工采用不同材质分层喷涂,降低了炉衬造价。
