About Us
CIC Luoyang Mechanical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CIPC) is located in Luoyang – an ancient imperial capital with thousands years of history and a beautiful city of peony. CIPC is originally known as CITIC Heavy Machinery Corporation Industrial Corporation Engineering Plastic Factory, which was the exclusive hoist plastic parts supporting factory designated by CITIC Heavy Machinery Corporation (former Luoyang Mining Machine Factory). Over the past thirty years or more, we have been specialized in the R&D, development and production of engineering plastics.
We are the mining machinery friction material research base and teaching base of China Mining University as well as the Industry-University-Research Cooperation Base of Henan University of Science and Technology; the member unit of China Heavy Machinery Industry Association; and member of National Mining Machinery Standard and Technical Committee.

On 20th July CIIC Luoyang Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd. changed its name to CIIC Luoyang Mechanical Engineering Technology Co.
2010
In September, the company was recognised by the Provincial Science and Technology Department as a science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise in Henan Province. November won the National Science and Technology Progress Award. In December GDM-326 friction liner got the invention patent certificate.
2008
In January, the company's "disc brake and brake performance intelligent detection system development and application" won the first prize of China Coal Industry Science and Technology. In March, Wsm-3 environmentally friendly asbestos-free brake tiles were awarded China's high-quality brand-name products; GM-3 high-performance friction linings were awarded China's well-known products. In December, the company's "mine hoist disc brake environmentally friendly asbestos-free brake tiles and braking performance testing technology" won the second prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology.
2007
On 6 March, the company's Friction Materials Institute.
2005
November the company Wsm-3 type mine hoist disc brake new environmental protection non-asbestos gate tile won the third prize of science and technology progress in Luoyang city. November 25 China University of Mining and Technology mining machinery friction materials research base, China University of Mining and Technology School of Electrical and Mechanical College teaching internship base, in the company's engineering plastics plant was formally established.
