Memorial Gate Type Depth Indicator
A single-rope memorial gate type depth indicator consists of two parts. One is the device connected with the hoist shaft end at a right angle, and it transfers movement, that is, memorial gate-type depth indicator gear; and the other part is the depth indicator. The two are connected via a coupler.

Mine hoist is key equipment for mine exploration. With the continuous improvement of mine exploration technology, the mine hoists are developing towards a large-sized and efficient direction. Due to large hosting load, high speed and complex working conditions, the demands toward brake system are growing higher as well. For the electrohydraulic safety brake system of constant torque controlled by secondary brake mode, the variation of brake deceleration is great under different working conditions and the brake process is unstable, therefore, during the safety brake process, the slipping of steel wire rope occurs frequently, and it reduces the safety performance and service life of equipment, so it is difficult to meet the requirements of equipment to safety brake. Electrohydraulic brake and control device with constant deceleration can well solve the problems existing in safety brake system of constant torque.
Head sheave and deflector sheave
Head sheave and deflector sheave are mainly in two structures: one is spoke-type structure, the other is welded-type structure. The former is traditional structure, with poor overall rigidity, easily broken of spoke during operation. The pad of rope groove uses hardwood materials, easily abraded and frequently replaced, with noise during operation. Inner diameter of traveling sheave is lined with bearing bush, and rotating fitting surface is lubricated using lubricating grease in grease cup, which will turn metamorphic and dry after certain time in service, and the grease-discharging pipe will be clogged; it will hamper the refilling of grease for lubrication. The bearing bush is cast iron material, easily abraded and fractured, which requires great workload of maintenance.
The disc brake generates braking force through belleville spring and releases the brake through oil pressure. Under the braking state, the positive pressure for the brake shoe pressing to brake disc shall depend on the pressure of operating oil in the hydraulic cylinder.
Planetary Gear Reducer
The involute planetary gear reducer has begun to be adopted in domestic mine hoist drive system since the early of 1980s. Because of a series of advantages such as small size, light weight, great bearing capacity, high drive efficiency, stable running and so on, the involute planetary gear reducer becomes more and more popular among the users so that share of the market has expanded gradually. The involute planetary gear reducer is driven by single motor, adopting for single rope winding mine hoist and multi-rope friction mine hoist. According to the gear ratio requirements of reducer by mine hoist, the tactic forms of involute planetary gear reducer are divided into two types of single-stage derivative planetary gear drive (prepose a first-stage parallel-axes gear for drive) and two-stage planetary gear drive.
