Product Description

1. The friction coefficient under various working conditions is greater than 0.25 (measured by China University of Mining and Technology and Luoyang Mining Machinery Engineering Design Institute as both are greater than 0.28), which fully meets the needs of multi-rope friction hoists.

2. High mechanical strength. After testing and comparison, the heat resistance, melt resistance and wear resistance are better than imported liners. It does not contain substances that damage the wire rope, and it is easy to process the rope groove on site.

3. Good compatibility with friction grease. Applicable to both imported and domestic friction greases.

4. The price is moderate. The price/performance ratio is better than that of imported liners, which can bring considerable economic benefits to users.

5. After testing and comparison, the heat resistance, melt resistance and wear are due to imported liners, and the wear at equal power is equal to that of imported liners.
