Installation Notes

1) Select a suitable cable hook according to the cable model and outer diameter. Every 1.2m to 1.8m (can also be limited to the fact that the cable does not sag) is a hanging unit, and each unit is hung with one or more cable hooks;

2) When hanging, first drill special bolts or other hanging parts to fix the hook on the well wall. When the hook is fixed, the arc-shaped hook hangs vertically. If multiple cables are suspended, a set of hooks must be used to hang them in series. The construction workers first connect two hooks in series on the ground, and then fix them according to the previous method;

3) When two hooks are connected in series, first align the hanging hole of one hook with the hanging rod of the other hook, press it in hard to make the hanging rod completely enter the hanging hole, then hold the curved hook and rotate it so that the straight rod sections of the two hooks are formed. 180℃;

4) Only after confirming that the entire cable enters the arc hook can the construction worker release the cable.

Precautions

1) The number of hooks that can be connected in series per unit is not likely to exceed 10;

2) In order to improve the suspension quality, the straight rod section of the hook should be close to the well closure when stationary. If this is not possible, the number of series connections should be appropriately reduced or the unit group should be increased;

3) It is strictly prohibited for construction workers to quickly feed the cable into the arc hook by jumping in the air, which may cause the arc hook to bear the weight of the cable and the human body in an instant, causing breakage;

4) Only after confirming that the entire cable enters the arc hook can the construction worker release the cable.
