The hoisting Sheave inserts is mainly to prevent the wear between hoisting sheave and wire rope due to direct contact with each other. The hoisting Sheave inserts plays a very important role in protect the service life of wire rope. The wire rope may cause rotation during the operation. If the friction coefficient is too high, the rotation of the wire rope will be hindered to cause the damage to the wire rope. For this situation, the wire rope must be led into the shaft by resistance as small as possible to reduce the torque and rotation stress.

1. Excellent wear resistance: the mortar wear is 1/10 of PVC, 1/7 of carbon steel, 1/27 of brass;
2. Good impact resistance; the impact strength is up to 180KJ/M2 or more;
