The equipment adopts advanced simulation technology to accurately reproduce the actual working conditions of the pad, scientifically analyze the influence of key factors such as specific pressure, sliding speed, temperature, etc. on the friction coefficient, and provide reliable basis for product performance optimization and customer selection.

FEATURES
1、 The diameter detection range of the steel wire rope of this friction testing machine is 18-80mm, achieving full coverage of the steel wire rope for multi rope friction hoist lifting, which can meet the testing requirements of different mining conditions.
2、 Power section: This friction testing machine uses a servo electric cylinder as the power mechanism. Servo electric cylinders have high positioning accuracy, smooth and fast movement speed, constant torque, and complete safety protection functions; Avoid defects such as complex hydraulic station structure, easy leakage, unstable pressure, and unstable speed.
3、 Electrical control system: using EtherCAT bus PLC and bus servo motor to control torque and displacement, and alarm processing. The tension and pressure sensors are connected to a dedicated data collector, which sets relevant parameters and transmits the data to the upper software through the network.
4、 Upper computer software: can view historical data and curves, print corresponding data and curves. The upper computer software can operate the experimental process, set experimental parameters, record and other functions.
