Mine hoist is key equipment for mine exploration. With the continuous improvement of mine exploration technology, the mine hoists are developing towards a large-sized and efficient direction. Due to large hosting load, high speed and complex working conditions, the demands toward brake system are growing higher as well. For the electrohydraulic safety brake system of constant torque controlled by secondary brake mode, the variation of brake deceleration is great under different working conditions and the brake process is unstable, therefore, during the safety brake process, the slipping of steel wire rope occurs frequently, and it reduces the safety performance and service life of equipment, so it is difficult to meet the requirements of equipment to safety brake. Electrohydraulic brake and control device with constant deceleration can well solve the problems existing in safety brake system of constant torque.
Electrohydraulic brake and control device with constant deceleration is equipped with the constant closed-loop automatic control function of deceleration. During the safety brake, the hoisting system can be braked according to given constant deceleration under various loads, speeds and working conditions. Under the condition that the detection device has detected the actual deceleration is deviating from the given value, make the deviation to be quickly effective through the feedback regulation and compensation effect of electrohydraulic closed-loop brake and control system. Reach the effect of constant deceleration brake by keeping the deceleration during brake process to be constant, thus improve the smoothness and safety and the sliding-resistant limitation of steel wire rope. 1. Operation braking
Adjustable pressure oil is provided for the disc brake, so that the hoist has different braking torques, and the mine hoist can realize the normal operation, speed regulation and braking.
2. Constant deceleration safety braking in the shaft
In the state of a variety of accidents in the shaft, the oil pressure of the disc brake is adjusted automatically, so that the hoist realizes deceleration braking according to the set, and after braking, the disc brake quickly applies all braking force, so that the hoisting system is in the full braking state.
3. Constant torque two-stage safety braking in the shaft
In case of failure of constant deceleration safety braking mode, the system will be automatically switched to the standby two-stage braking mode, the disc brake will quickly apply the pre-adjusted first-stage braking force, and after the delay, the disc brake will apply all braking force to make the hoisting system in the full braking state
4. One-stage safety braking at the shaft mouth
In the event of accidents at the shaft mouth, the disc brake will rapidly apply all braking force to make the hoisting system in the full braking state.
5. System self-diagnosis function
Before operation, the brake control system can realize self-diagnostic check to ensure the good operating state.
6. Failure monitoring function
The state of the safety braking system is monitored at any time and the failure location is displayed in order to find and troubleshoot the failure.
